Before I started designing I made a site map and a top tasks document. That really helped me understand the user needs and make the structure of the site clear.
UX design
I worked together with an intermediate UX designer. From Monday to Thursday I worked on the UX. On Friday I got feedback and worked together with the UX designer. I looked a lot for best practices and design patterns. The goal of the website is to explain the concept, so I focused on how to explain the concept with the least amount of text.
